Truffle sauce

Toasted warm bread: put the sauce on the toasted warm bread.

Omelet: mix the sauce to the eggs; then, make a normal omelet.

Spaghetti – Strangozzi – Tagliatelle: put the sauce on warm pasta.

Tortellini – Gnocchi – Rice: heat the sauce with whipping cream; then, put it on warm pasta.

Pig and Calf’s steak: sprinkle with flour the steak, add salt and butter; then, put the sauce on the steak.

Fish: boil the fish, flavor with salt and oil, then put the sauce on it.

Pizza: make a pizza, flavor it with tomato, mozzarella, salt, oil and the truffle sauce. Bake it for 30/40 minutes (180^).

Eggs: loosen a teaspoon of this sauce, add two eggs previously beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook the eggs.

Calf and chicken’s steak: sprinkle with flour the steak, add salt and butter; then, put the sauce on the steak.

Toasted warm bread: sizzle, for some minutes, in a frying pan, the truffle with garlic, oil and salt. Then, put it on the bread.

Roast- beef or fish: sizzle, for some minutes, in a frying pan, the truffle with garlic, oil and salt. Then, put it on the meat or fish.
